The latest debacle, i received an automated response from them from an issue i tried to resolve 6 months ago! Please have your order number to hand so that we can help you as efficiently as possible.
I am beyond annoyed with gamestop as a whole which is sad because christmas is coming up and i have 4 nephews who i always get $60 gift cards. Tools that make calling customer service easy. Gamestop.com has given up as a company and they can go join blockbuster video.
